About The Event
Chef Eric Frraudeau of Cook’n with Class Paris is the owner of Cook’n with Class Paris. He was the first chef to offer full-time cooking class in Paris and his class includes a market visit to learn about local food culture. His principle is to offer intimate cooking class to ensure participants have a hands-on experience and personal attention from the chef. He loves to share French culture through its food.Â
After moving to Uzes, Provence region, Chef Eric focuses on Provencale and Mediterrancean cuisines and incorporates that with wine pairing to ensure participants have a full packaged culinary experience. His virtual cooking class is interactive and the dish you learned is creative and reflects the food culture in Provence. With a glass of wine at hand, it takes you to the sunny, laid back culture in Southern part of France where fresh food and good wine is the norm.
