Food Connects People

WHERE IT ALL STARTED
World Kitchen Club was founded in April 2020, during a time when many countries were in lockdown. We believe that food brings joy, acts as a gesture of love, and connects people in meaningful ways.

Through our Interactive Online Cooking Classes, we bring together chefs and food lovers from around the world.

Together, we are creating a Borderless Food Community built on Good Food, Good Chat, and Good Will.

Good Chat is vital to our community. It’s a space to share food ideas, personal stories, cultural insights, and the rich history of various cuisines, fostering a deeper appreciation for culinary traditions.

We also promote wellness and sustainability through food stories, encouraging mindful eating and eco-friendly practices. Together, we inspire positive change and cultivate a community that values not just the food we share, but the meaningful stories behind it.

We support local small businesses in the food and wellness industry by organizing online classes that showcase their unique offerings, helping them thrive and fostering community collaboration.

We empower chefs to express their creativity and reach wider audiences, connecting them with food enthusiasts who appreciate their talents. Our classes bring joy and a sense of achievement to both foodies and chefs, creating a shared experience that nurtures goodwill and strengthens the bonds within our community.

GRACE WU

CO-FOUNDER

Grace is a food savvy and a product management expert. She travels and learns cooking skills and techniques with chefs from all over the world.  
 
She has been in many leadership roles in product management, analytics, risk, and business development for major companies such as Uber, Alipay, and Visa. ​
 
Her strong product management experience provides the vision to fulfil the needs of both consumers and businesses. She is a true believer in merging advanced technology to empower small businesses and to bring people closer together.

JENNY LEUNG

CO-FOUNDER

Jenny is passionate in promoting local culture and was a senior executive in the tourism industry. 
 
She started her career in tourism when she lived in Mexico, and has owned a local travel agency in Hong Kong. She has been working on sustainable development with a charitable organization striving to achieve Sustainable Development Goals for coffee farmers in Timor-Leste.

Jenny strongly believes that food brings joy and love to people and that food culture brings people closer together.

JANET LAM

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

Janet is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in brand building, digital transformation, product development, and new business ventures.

Having held various leadership roles, Janet brings a wealth of experience to her current endeavors in the food industry. Her commitment to creating engaging culinary experiences through creative storytelling and consumer engagement sets her apart in the dynamic landscape of food-related marketing.

MANDY NG

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

With over 20 years of experience, Mandy excels in logistics operations for well-known brands and is dedicated to ESG principles.
 
A wine lover who actively engages in sustainable initiatives, she is a Certified ESG Planner (CEP®) and Climate Fresk Facilitator. In 2023, she became the Partnership and Program Director at World Kitchen Club. Champagne has always been her favorite wine, and even her favorite, Dom Pérignon, is adapting to climate change.
