About The Event

A unique sensational experience of multi-sensory mixology that engages all five senses!

It is such an honor to have Antonio Lai, a world-renowned mixologist, take us into the world of mixology! Antonio is most recognized for his Hong Kong bar, Quinary Bar, which has achieved the 'World's 50 Best Bars' from Drinks International Magazine for 5 consecutive years! Antonio was also recognized as an International Mixologist, gaining an award as the '2015 Diageo World Class Hong Kong & Macau Champion'. He is the author of two cocktail books, a speaker at multiple international seminars, and a consultant for prestigious hotels and bars around the world.

"Let's bring joy to people with drinks now!" said Antonio. He is very generously conducting a free class for us, and will teach us how to craft two drinks in true Hong Kong style:  one with trendy Asian flavors and one classic cocktail.

Oolong Tea Collins (Asian Flavor)

This Oolong Tea Collins is a very popular drink made by Antonio himself, which combines delicious tea with strong alcohol. This is a fan favorite and a popular drink sold in Antonio's own bar!

Smoked Old Fashioned (Classic Cocktail)

The Smoked Old Fashioned is similar to the popularized Old Fashioned, but with a twist. The smokiness elevates any drink and creates a unique flavor profile that enhances the flavors of the whiskey.
