About Chef Ichiro
"Technological products come and go, but food & recipe have been passed on generation by generation," Ichiro said.
Chef Ichiro is now living in Kyoto, once the capital of Japan, where is famous in formal traditions such as kaiseki dining, consisting of multiple courses of precise dishes, Imperial palaces. He used to work for IT industry before being a professional chef. He was fascinated with dynamics of culinary art through experiencing gastronomies in various countries and decided to run a French style restaurant in Seattle, heavily inspired by Pacific Northwest cuisine.
