About The Event

MENU (Seasonal Selection):

Main: TROUT / SALMON GRAVELAX , caulflower stewed with wasabi dressing. Gravalex is Scandinavian dish of dry-cured salmon marinated in herbs.)

Dessert: ROASTED STRAWBERRIES AN CHAMPAGNE  (use champagne for the sauce)

Ingredients:

- Trout or Salmon

- Dill

- Salt

- Pepper

- Mustard

- Wasabi

- Cauliflower

- Strawberries

- Honey

- Olive Oil

- Salt

- Champagne

- Egg Yolk

-  Sugar

- Lemon Juice

About Chef Antonin in Paris:

"In my opinion, the pleasure of dining is amplified when it is shared," Antonin said.

Chef Antonin was born in Paris, grew up in Lyon the capital of gastronomy. He studied in a cooking school in Paris while having an aprentiship at "la maison de l'amérique latine" with Chef Thierry Vaissières. He perfected his French gastronimical acquaintance with the  WSET wine certification as an oenological graduation. 

From Paris to Saint Jean de Luz, via New Zealand and eight years of breathtaking experiences, including demanding experiences working with Michelin Chefs  (Thierry Vaissière, Eric Trochon), to the authentic Basque know-how of Ramuntxo Courdée, Chef Antonin has assimilated all the essentials of the trade. 

He does market tours and cooking classes in Paris to show them how to make Parisian food with great sauce.

  • Each household only needs 1 ticket, we encourage you to cook with loved ones.
  • The ingredient list will be sent out 5 days prior to class.
  • Zoom information will be provided 2 days before class.
  • The class is non-refundable upon registration.
  • Minimum of 6 parties for the class.
  • No cancellation upon booking.
  • Parties agree that World Kitchen Club shall have the right to retain and use pictures, videos, or references to the event for marketing purposes.
  • Requires minimum of 5 logins for the class
