Support Jack's family! Jack, a Vietnam-born American, recently passed away in Orange Country from Covid-19 after battling stage 4 lung cancer for almost three years. Jack was just 55, and he leaves behind a wife and two sons, 9-year-old Jayden and 4-year-old Ethan. To honor Jack and to show support for his family, we would like to dedicate an April cooking class in memory of Jack and his Vietnamese roots.
Join virutal tour and cooking class! Chef My will take you on a virtual tour a wet market in Ho Chi Minh City, then coach and cook Vietnamese pancake and a lemongrass orange tea, while you follow along in the comfort of your kitchen. She will also share local food cultural story and history with you!
100% of the proceeds will be donated to an education fund for Jack's two young children.
